this is the only vet that my formerly ferral cat will allow to handle him. not only do my pets trust this clinic, I do too...and that goes a long way in knowing as a human nurse, that my pets are getting compassionate gentle and intelligent care...the same as my human patients would want and expect from me. Dr. Sanbourne and staff have been incredibly caring and compassionate when treating our pets. They showed such understanding in the toughest of times when our pets were ill. They never hesitated to call (multiple times) and follow up with us to see how the animals were doing. We are grateful for the staff and the way they consistently went the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great veterinarian and clinic. Marge Z.
Very friendly staff, convenient Sat morning appointments available. Used them for boarding previously and got back a very happy dog
This place is a joke of a veterinary clinic. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. We only had to tell them a million times my poor dog had a mass in her rear till they finally listened but then say there's nothing they can do. The girls who help are very rude as well, they do not act like they have a passion for helping animals at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
