They not only didn’t clean my blouse, but my expensive silk blouse was damaged (although they claim the fraying and stretch marks were already there... which is not possible due to the fact I have only worn it three times!)
Im here a lot it seems. The staff are great! They are friendly, competant and efficient. I have never had a problem. I bring in 10-12 items 2x a month. Always perfectly done!

The final price was $12 more than what was originally quoted. Horrible and very unpleasant customer service. The woman who took my two suits at the initial drop-off was rude and intentionally made us wait at the drive-thru longer. We made eye contact multiple times but she didn't come to the drop-off window promptly and she just stood there doing nothing. Not until my wife got out of the car and walked around to the window did the clerk finally come. After which, she made a snide remark about not parking close enough. We returned to pick up the suits but as I said, the final price was $12 more than what was originally quoted. We complained about the price being more than expected but the (same) woman defended herself and had a rude tone of voice towards my wife.
DO NOT use this cleaners.
