Ordered a hot tub cover, and I called when three weeks had passed only to find out the cover had never been ordered. I decided to place the order again. I called when another two weeks had passed, and I found out again the order still wasn't placed. Very frustrating...went to San Juan, and the order was correctly placed.
Inconsistent water analysis conclusions from various employees signals a lack in comprehensive training and standardized remedies based upon test results. This variability of interpretation of test results led to unnecessary repairs and purchase/addition of chemicals.
