My van began to run hot as we left Morton towards Peoria on I-74. I made it to Pinecrest and had to pull off and shut down due to overheating. I called Bryan and explained what happened. There was no coolant in the reserve and likely very little if any in the system. He advised to be careful not to overheat and damage the engine but that, if I monitored the temp gauge and warning, I could make it to his shop.
my wife took her ford escape in here because her father used to work here. got an estimate and they said it was a rear dif. that was bad. the estimate was high so we got a few other opinions and found out that they were way off the mark. total repair cost at another location was 191.00 not 773.00 dollars. they are a complete rip off and as a business owner myself this was not good customer service by any means at all. they still had a stick up their rear because my wifes father left for a better paying job overe ten years ago when she was still a minor and is now wanting to take it out on her. we will never recommend these people to anyone at all.
