My first experience with Lighthouse GMC, and it was a pretty exceptional vehicle buying experience. Paired with their in-house custom "EVEREST" brand, this dealership has a ton of enthusiasm across all the departments that I interacted with, including parts, service and sales. I got the truck I wanted, at a price I thought was fair (maybe better than fair), and then they took care of all of the custom upgrades I wanted like bed-liner, toolbox, leveling kit, etc.
My wife Carla and I became devoted customers of Lighthouse in 1999. The friendships that we have made and the customer service that the Lighthouse staff go out of their way to provide is why we have driven 20 miles each way for the past 18 years. Yesterday October 16, 2017, My son-in-law who lives 3 hours away had several sensor lights activate on their 2010 Acadia. The extended warranty is about expire in 2000 miles, I called Kelly in the service department regarding a dealership car that I could use to meet my son-in-law half way in order to bring the Acadia to Morton for service. After two phone calls between 3 and 5 pm Kelly said to come in after 8:00 am tomorrow (Tuesday, October 17, 2017, and He would have a car for me. Today I arrived and was given the use of a 2018 Acadia so the 2010 could be brought in for service. For a dealership that does not advertise on TV and Newspaper , they have grown from honest and sincere treatment of everyone that comes through the front door. George and Carla Henderson Pekin IL
Had an issue with amount charged for service. Service manager came & adjusted cost to the exact dollar amount I expected to pay, no questions asked. These folks will do anything to earn & keep your business. Simply the best...
